Vial

A small sealed glass container used to store a laboratory or reference substance.

A vial is a small glass container closed with a stopper and a crimped seal. Research-grade peptides are commonly supplied as a lyophilised powder in a vial, labelled with the nominal quantity, the batch identifier and storage conditions. Container labelling exists to make a substance traceable; it is not an indication of suitability for any use.
